Account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account. 
This does not apply. WALTER does not collect any financial information from its users.

  1. How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept. We will keep your personal information while you have an account with us or while we are providing Working And Learning Together Electronics Recycling Hub services to you. Thereafter, we will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary:
  • To respond to any questions, complaints or claims made by you or on your behalf
  • To show that we treated you fairly –or–
  • To keep records required by law

We will not retain your personal information for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. Different retention periods apply for different types of personal information

Do Not Track

At this time, we do recognize or respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals with the exception of the Global Privacy Control for residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia.

Residents of the State of California, under certain provisions of the California Civil Code, have the right to request from companies conducting business in California a list of all third parties to which the company has disclosed certain personally identifiable information as defined under California law (if any) during the preceding year for third party direct marketing purposes. We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.
